After ordering goods and receiving our confirmation, you can pick up the goods at our showroom in Vilnius on the next business day.
The goods are delivered by Venipak or other courier services. Parcels are delivered to customers on business days between 8 am and 6 pm. The order is processed only after payment for the goods has been received. If the goods you ordered are in stock in Lithuania and you pay by e-banking or advance payment, we deliver the goods within approximately 2-3 business days after payment. If you place such an order before 11 am, there is a possibility of delivering the goods the next business day.
When goods are delivered from warehouses abroad, delivery may take up to 25-30 business days. Delivery times for individual goods may vary. It is best to specify the delivery dates of the goods individually.
Shipments may be delayed if you have incorrectly specified the delivery address, postal code, phone number, or if the courier did not find you at the expected delivery time. If, for some reason, the courier of the delivery service did not find you at home - be sure to let us know, we will discuss a new delivery time acceptable to you.
Always check whether the package has reached you undamaged.
